Hi friends! Welcome to Creative Connections!

Creative Connections is a creative initiative prompted by the uncertain times we have been navigating for the majority of the year.

The Creative Connections project takes the form of colored envelopes that are delivered to you or a loved one via snail mail. Each envelope contains an inspirational message, a creative directive and a connection challenge for you to complete.

It is my hope that interacting with these activities will help you find self-compassion, strength, and community.

This page is an extension of the project. Here, you will find additional interactive materials and sources of positivity and encouragement.
