Fairness, safety, and equality won.

The Court held that states can legally prevent men from competing in women’s sports.

This ruling is monumental for our country. With a sharp rise in incidents that put female athletes at risk and jeopardize their success, the Court rightly recognized that biological s*x matters. Differences in men and women matter. The ruling upholds the Riley Gaines Act that was passed in Georgia just last year. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to play a part in the passage of this important legislation sponsored by Lt. Governor nominee, Senator Greg Dolezal. Thanks to this important work, Georgia will remain a state that protects women and girls.

Some might call his judgment impaired. Some may call him a liar. Either way, what we know about Jon Ossoff is this: he’s a partisan hack who will always put a radical agenda above the interests of Georgians.
