Growing up, I painted with my dad in the summers. Some people hate painting but I find it so peaceful and enjoyable.

It does help that I learned some very helpful tips.
- don’t let the paint drip down your brush
- always clean your brushes right away
- take long, smooth strokes.

It’s tempting to get “everything” looking pretty but certainly not realistic for most. Be realistic and know your habits.
