What a great day today in the Town of Montgomery canvassing for Kelly Eskew for Orange County Clerk and local Republican candidates. A special thank you to Brady of Brady's Bistro for feeding us lunch before we deployed through Walden, Maybrook and Montgomery. Overall, we reached over 1,000 doors! Journalists who took on Putin and Duterte win 2021 Nobel Peace Prize Maria Ressa and Dmitry Muratov, journalists whose work has angered the rulers of the Philippines and Russia, were awarded the Nobel Peace Prize on Friday, an award the committee said was an endorsement of free speech rights under threat worldwide.

The prize for freedom; well deserved for a great woman.

Journalists Maria Ressa and Dmitri Muratov are awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. The journalists were recognized for “their courageous fight for freedom of expression, which is a precondition for democracy and lasting peace.”
