By adding in structural support (boning) around the bodice we ere able to give a smoother finish to the gown and help give the feel of security for the bride. The straps were very thin at the top and so she waned to feel more stable through there as well. So we added in under straps as the base with the lace overtop. The bodice was originally see through and she wanted to have a lining added to the front for more coverage. She also ordered for a little more coverage to the deep V plunge neckline. So we took a piece of lace appliqué from lower on the dress to close that up to her preferred height. The dress length was shortened and a bustle installed to bring the train up for her reception.
