Continuing with our recognition, today we highlight Maritza Rodríguez, Esq. Rodríguez. Maritza opened the Rodriguez Law Firm LLC in 2012, where she practices family law and international family law. Maritza has been a volunteer with VLJ’s Divorce Program since 2013, assisting dozens of clients to successfully dissolve their marriage and move forward with their lives. She has been active in the Generation Now (young professionals) committee, and in 2021, she joined VLJ’s Board of Trustees. As a trustee, she is an active volunteer in the gala and communications committee and has a fiduciary duty to the success of the organization. Maritza says, “Thank you to VLJ for allowing me to volunteer with your amazing organization over the last few years. I leave the clinics feeling incredibly humbled and proud to be able to help so many folks. As the daughter of immigrants, it's never lost on me the importance of service and the great responsibility I have to give back to the community that has given me everything.” Thank YOU, Maritza!
