JCC Designs

This project includes 24, multi-family, market rate units with secured, off-street parking. It is named for its location, being located at the western edge of the City of Newark.

Residential Development
This creative design allows its developer to realize its goal of maximum unit yield, despite the proposed site consisting of two narrow lots. A combination of the two lots into a single through-lot accessible from both streets enabled 46 units to be planned in this dense area.
