Next up is a local Delaware boxing OG, professional, all around great person, Schmelle “The Real Deal” Baldwin!

She teaches her craft on Sundays, bringing old school, traditional boxing knowledge gained over 17 years in the game. Her Sunday morning sessions @ 9:30 am are a gym favorite, people love her teaching style and you will too!

Next up, local legend, kickboxing connoisseur and all around badass, Mr. Zach “Duke” Newcomb! Training under and working with fighters and fitness enthusiasts here at Knockout, Zach’s one of our evening instructors and his classes have been a huge hit! Come by, sweat it out, learn a little something from one of the best coaches around!
