FYI Obamacare is not "imploding"! That is fake news, not supported by any evidence. Rather it is under attack by the administration. But most of it still survives and offering affordable, quality coverage to 10s of millions of low income Americans. Yes, out of pocket premiums for the middle class are unfortunately going up, but this is only because our government refuses to make the few minor adjustments needed to fix that. If you don't already have health insurance, it's worth checking out, and may well save your life or your health. Spread the word!!
