To the string and band instrument rental customers of Martin Music,
On May 24th, our system crashed and we lost all current balances on our rental accounts among other information. Currently, we are working diligently to regain each rental account balance by hand. Once the rental accounts have the correct payoff amount or equity, we intend on contacting the renter with the payoff amount.
We are offering 25% off the payoff. The renter could come into the store (with cash, check, or credit/debit card), or pay over the phone with a credit card.
We are still currently seeking and exploring options if the renter decides not to payoff the account.
In the meantime, please feel free to stop in if you would like to gain your account information quickly.
