September is National Recovery Month! Recovery from drug and alcohol use is a voluntary commitment to a sober lifestyle. At UD, one of the resources available to support students who are looking to make changes in their alcohol or drug use is the Collegiate Recovery Community at UD. The CRC provides a safe and confidential environment to discuss topics and ideas supportive of recovery and connects students with others who have the same values in life. Looking for support for recovery from things other than alcohol or drug use? The CRC also provides support for students in recovery from eating disorders, mental health concerns, gaming, gambling, etc...for more info, visit udel.edu/studentwellness
