Farming is tough. Long days, isolation, and constant uncertainty can take a serious toll and too often, our farmers carry that weight alone.
That’s why we’re proud of this new campaign from Delaware Farm Bureau and the Delaware Department of Agriculture (DDA). They’re putting simple but powerful stickers in tractor cabs, barns, and farm offices that say: "It's okay to not be okay." And they include the 988 mental health hotline, a lifeline when someone needs it most.
These stickers are a small gesture, but they send a big message:
You are not alone. Help is just a call away.
