Nottingham Swim Club

The first ever “Zar” event will take place 8/16 at Nottingham Swim Club with an 8AM start!! The event is a group workout that is self paced and promotes cross training and exercise within our community. We recommend completing a 1,000 meter swim with a partner, running ~1.25 miles to the University of Delaware green, and completing a full body workout with your partner. You can participate without a partner, and nobody is “reffing” so the workout is completely self paced! After finishing the full body workout we will walk back to Nottingham Pool and have a Breakfast feast! A $10 entry donation towards the B+ Foundation is recommended per participant, and any additional donations are greatly appreciated. Sign up using the QR code and have the option to purchase a t-shirt for an additional cost of $15! We can’t wait to see you at the swamp!

The annual Suburban Swim League t shirt design contest is now open to swimmers in the SSL. This is a special year, because SSL is celebrating its 50th anniversary!
The winning design will go on t shirts sold at Time Trials and Championships. And the winner gets a free t shirt and $100 cash!
Entries are due by June 12th.

1st Annual Holy Angels Athletics Golf Outing by Holy Angels Athletic Association Come out for a great day on Deerfield for the First Annual Holy Angels Athletics Golf Outing. 100% of net proceeds go directly to supporting the local Holy Angels Athletic program that is open to the community.
