I'm back crew!!!!! I just got off the treadmill. I burned 104 calories in 24 minutes. I must stay the course to shed off the pounds. My goal is to lose 20 pounds. What is/was your goal? Your recent accomplishments since settling them? Please share. Let's go crew!

My dinner last night.
Baked Eggplant, Garlic shrimp with water. The fruit in my water consisted of peaches, strawberries, lemon and lime.

Grilled veggie burger on flourless bread, baked eggplant and vegetable salad. My nutritionist took me shopping the other day and taught me how to shop the healthy way. The flourless item is sprouted 100% whole-grain. No trans fat. I will be sharing more soon of my recipes and more of my nutritional food items that I have in storage suggested by my nutritionist.
