The Utility Peg was designed to provide a simple, adjustable handhold for exercises that require additional support. While the Spring Ankle Device requires users to hold a rack upright or handle to achieve and maintain proper positioning, the Utility Peg offers a more convenient solution. It also works great for Hatfield squats, isometrics, and a variety of other supported movements.
