We're looking for a House Manager for Mercury 54! ✨🏳️‍🌈

Are you passionate about recovery, leadership, and creating a safe, affirming space for others?

Mercury 54, Delaware's first LGBTQIA+ affirming recovery residence, is looking for a House Manager to help foster a supportive and welcoming recovery community.

As House Manager, you'll:
🏡 Live in the home rent-free
🤝 Support residents on their recovery journey
💜 Help build a positive, inclusive living environment
📅 Facilitate weekly house meetings and encourage community connection

We're looking for someone who identifies as part of the LGBTQIA+ community, has at least one year of sustained recovery, stable income or employment, and a passion for serving others.
