If you’ve been looking for an outdoor mat pilates class you are in luck!
is ready to kick your literal and metaphorical b***y Saturday’s on the sand at 10:30 am!
The location of this beach class is going to change from time to time so it’s important you’re in touch with Sophia or Amanda to make sure you are up to date on where the class will be held each Saturday.
