A huge thanks to Trainer Mommy and the team of volunteers of he Delaware Moms Community Wellness Day. On June 16th at the event, Nicole D. presented a donation to fund our plans to continue providing our free 4th-trimester stress program, Josie's Grace! (This is a FREE community based mental health program and place to heal together. We have our first cohort of 5 attending this month and are so very grateful. Event was located at The Healing Cottage
