The City of Johnstown has received State approval for our new Revitalization District. This designation for our downtown will allow up to six (6) additional D5 liquor licenses to be awarded.

Without this designation, the City would not have any available liquor licenses.

The City began this process this summer to encourage independent restaurants and unique eating/drinking establishments to locate in our City center.
