Last month, .nj partnered with William Paterson University to host 📚Transitioning Graduation to Professional Development 💻, an afternoon dedicated to preparing the next generation of professionals for success beyond the classroom.

Students and recent alumni gathered to gain career readiness insights, hear from accomplished industry leaders, participate in meaningful conversations during our professional panel, and expand their networks through intentional connections with mentors and professionals across multiple industries.

A special thank you to our keynote speaker, panelists, volunteers, university partners, and every student who invested in their future by showing up, asking questions, and engaging with purpose. The energy in the room reflected what is possible when education, leadership, and opportunity come together.
