for downstairs & daytime(new!) winter programming ❄️

Host an event downstairs at Purgatory BK for free 💜Featuring bar access, a sound system, three semi-private side rooms (for pop up vendors, tattoo artists, or whatever your lil heart desires), and a capacity of ~60. DJ Parties, meetups, craft & game nights, groovy little office gatherings–the possibilities are endless!

Weekend daytime rental options start at $50/hr and depend on overall event needs. Think markets, pop-up classes, rehearsals, or anything else that might tickle your daytime fancy.

Dust off your thinking caps and kick off your Tuesday evening! Join us for trivia every week with host LADYBYRD! ().

👉8pm- Sugar, We’re Hoein Down
Join us for a night of line dancing to all your favorite emo/alternative/pop-punk bangers. Not your first rodeo? Yes, we mean song swaps!  Never line danced before and wondering what all of this is about? It’s okay (we promise).

👉WED 12.10 7pm- Guyscrapers, $500, and Trash Tapes
Fresh off the release of their debut album Twelve Eyes, $500 from Kingston, NY comes to Purgatory for a night of high caliber rock music with local favorites Guyscrapers and the first NYC show for Trash Tapes (ft. members of Dog Date).


👉10pm- Re[Vision]
Re[Vision] is a home for new and established drag artists to play with existing works and develop new concepts on the Purgatory stage. It’s a space for established artists to try the things they’ve always wanted to try and for new performers to experiment with drag, it’s conceptualised drag in a FREE show!
