💚 Thank you so much to our OSS network 💚

Because of your support, 2025 was a year of deep growth. We graduated our first self-sufficient garden, welcoming OSS into the OSS Project Network, hosted 12 community workshops rooted in nourishment, creativity, and healing, and began outreach for our newest garden at Polo Grounds with over 100 community sign-ups. We also launched an open call for artists (open until 1/15/26).

✨ With your donations, we will:
🌱 Sustain new and existing gardens by providing essential maintenance, supplies, and ongoing support—ensuring these spaces continue to thrive as centers for culture, food, legacy, and community building.
🌿 Cultivate community leaders through the Jacki Fischer Memorial Fund, honoring the enduring vision of our late Director and Co-Founder, Jacki Fischer, who became an ancestor this past summer. Jacki believed deeply in investing directly back into the community by building leadership from within. A portion of every gift supports this legacy, creating meaningful leadership development and paid opportunities for community members.

🌼 Looking ahead to 2026:
A community-selected artist/designer will work alongside Polo Grounds residents to design and build the new garden. We’ll also expand programs across all four gardens and restore and upgrade OSS .
