❤️Experts recommend that no more than 7% of your daily calories should come from saturated fats- and unfortunately many of our favorite desserts, like baked goods, ice cream and other dairy products, are high in saturated fat.
Meanwhile, diets heavy on unprocessed foods like veggies and fruit significantly reduce biomarkers associated with heart cell damage and heart strain.
👉Strike a balance and still satisfy your sweet tooth by swapping out an indulgent dessert for some seasonal fruit.
