Starting next week I will be joining the team at Pure Yoga West to teach barre and coming soon, their Figure 4 format! It’s a beautifully serene and luxurious club. Looking forward to getting to know many new members and I invite anyone in the city to check out their barre packages and join me in person!

It feels so good to move and be with people! This week I’m grateful for a new playlist, to discover new music that’s fun to move to. It may be challenging to teach with a mask but the benefits are worth it.
