Happy Bastille Day! 🇫🇷
Throwing it back to last week’s Bastille Day celebration with at DANIEL’s Bellecour Room, where we honored the wines of Provence from Château Minuty through an evening of exceptional wine and cuisine.
Guests enjoyed a seasonal French summer menu featuring Citrus-Cured Chinook King Salmon paired with Minuty Blanc et Or, Pennsylvania Zucchini with Trenne Pasta and Smoked Ricotta Stuffed Squash Blossom alongside Minuty Rosé et Or, and Grilled New England Bluefin Tuna served with Château Minuty 281; all inspired by the French Riviera art de vivre.
