He was 100 pounds underweight when he was rescued — just skin and bones at 86 pounds.

His rescuer slowly helped Goliath learn to trust again, feeding him carefully and giving him the love he’d been missing for so long. Little by little, he gained weight, confidence, and a whole new life.

Now Goliath is a healthy 160 pounds — and he even won Best in Senior at the Hallmark Rescue Dog Awards. This big friendly giant finally got the ending he deserved 🏅
