Located within Tirana’s evolving urban environment, the tower transforms rezoning constraints into a driver for innovation, integrating cascading green terraces, a high-performance envelope, and a responsive climate system to enhance environmental performance, occupant comfort, and urban connectivity. Its layered façade system improves solar control and ventilation while creating elevated social spaces that reconnect residents with nature in a dense city context. ⁠

A bold new vision for sustainable living

Archi-Tectonics, in collaboration with Sciame Construction, LLC, introduces the W-House and the Y-House, a modular prefab residential prototype redefining what climate-resilient, high-performance living can be.

Designed as an intelligent living system, the W and the Y-House combines prefabricated construction with advanced building technologies to deliver efficiency, adaptability, and architectural clarity. Luxury and sustainability are not treated as opposites here, but as integrated design drivers for the future of housing.

🏊 Indoor-outdoor living with pools, decks, and green trellises
