Petnat 2023 by : 50% hondarrabi zuri, 50% hondarrabi zerratie fermented on the skins for 8 days, methode ancestral, disgorged.

Gorobel 2021 by : 100% hondarrabi zuri from DO bizkaiko. 5 days on the skins, aged in equal parts demijohn, French oak, stainless steel, and amfora for one year, then another year in bottle.
