Founders of Owl's Brew, Jennie Ripps and Maria Littlefield, have continued to support and uplift other women in business. They developed an organization called the Wise Women’s Collective, a platform where women can connect, and through which Jennie and Maria support career enrichment and education programs as well as initiatives and charities. The WWC also hosts its own programming and events, from the Boozy Book Club--focusing on women authors--to a series of discussions with other inspiring women for Women’s History Month.⁠
