📣Announcing Our 2024 Campaign Launch Date: March 28th!📣
This year, we’re embracing the theme: “Allyship in the Face of Adversity.” From the individual trials of macroeconomic fluctuations to widespread layoffs in the tech sector, the obstacles before us have multiplied. Yet, in these times, our collective resilience shines brighter, forging bonds of unity stronger than any challenge!

In 2023-2024, we saw our impact grow. 3 new campuses have joined our initiative, and 11 campuses have contributed to our extensive data collection effort. We will also be showcasing projects beyond traditional portraits.

Celebrating and ! Every year, the Percentage Project proud to partner with numerous women in computer science and engineering campus groups. We see many women and non-binary students participating in our portrait gallery. In addition, we want to highlight some books and organizations that support women and nonbinary technologists in every stage of career and personal development. Palvi is our current Campus Director for UC Santa Barbara 🌊 ! After a successful first campaign last year, we are so excited that club leaders from UCSB Women In CS are continuing this partnership. Palvi is a third year student studying CS. Thank you Palvi for bringing the project to UCSB again! 💪🏼

Many of our Campus Directors had been participants of the campaign before taking on the leadership roles at their campuses, and Bella is a great example of this! She is our CD for Brown University 🐻 🌞, a campus that has been involved with us for the past 4 years!! Besides concentrating in Computer Science, Bella is also a competitive swimmer.
