A two-story sculptural stair anchors the lobby and guides the arrival experience. Throughout, lighting is integrated into architectural elements to support the design and bring a warm, modern workplace to life.

Houlihan Lokey’s Dallas office, designed by Gensler, reflects a refined and contemporary workplace environment. Our lighting design supports clarity, comfort, and focus while complementing the architectural expression throughout the space. Across eight floors, lighting was carefully integrated to support connection, clarity, and comfort. From the central stair that visually and physically links the office to shared cafés and collaboration spaces, to the conference center overlooking downtown, light helps reinforce the firm’s culture and values.
