Or Shalom, in Vancouver BC, thanks in part to Adamah's Climate Action Fund, has fully electrified and is running on clean power!

🌱 A major milestone for Or Shalom!

We're delighted to share that Or Shalom has now fully decarbonized our building.

Our synagogue is now heated and cooled with high-efficiency heat pumps, and our kitchen and building systems are powered by all-electric appliances. This investment reduces our greenhouse gas emissions, lowers our environmental impact, and reflects our commitment to caring for our planet as an expression of our Jewish values.

We are proud to be creating a more sustainable home for our community—today and for generations to come.
