Got scraps from all the comfort cooking? A great way to use it up is in a skillet pot pie! This is chicken, kale, sweet potatoes. Saute some onions, garlic, add your veggies, protein, season generously, add a little flour, then add broth, bring back to simmer to thicken sauce. Top with crust of choice, homemade or bought, drop biscuit dough, cornbread batter. Finish off in oven. @ Bedford–Stuyvesant, Brooklyn
