Our next committee for CMUNCE XXI is Agents of SHIELD vs Agents of HYDRA: Two-Way JCC.

Crisis strikes! It has been revealed that HYDRA, a terrorist organization long thought to have been destroyed, is in fact active within the Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement, and Logistics Division, better known as S.H.I.E.L.D. This extra-governmental military intelligence agency must find a way to deal with the rival organization, whilst HYDRA in turn puts forth plans to overthrow SHIELD. Each delegate must draw from their own biases and agenda in order to further their organization’s (or their own) plans. In a universe of superheroes and villains, will SHIELD continue to survive, or will HYDRA succeed and forge a new world order?
