Experienced Group Workouts
Our group workouts are specifically designed for experienced athletes seeking to push their performance to the next level. These advanced sessions focus on functional strength training, high-intensity conditioning, and advanced techniques to help athletes maximize their strength, power, and endurance. Participants will benefit from expert coaching in a challenging, fast-paced environment with like-minded individuals.
We follow 8 week strength cycles where each weeks builds on the prior.
Group Workout Schedule (Chelsea)
Mon: 6:30pm Strength & Conditioning Workout
Mon: 7:30pm Strength & Conditioning Workout
Wed: 7pm Strength & Conditioning Workout
Mondays: Back Squats & Barbell Pressing
Wednesdays: Bench Press & Barbell Reverse Lunges/RDLs
One-On-One Personal Training
Our personal training is tailored to all experience levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Every session is a one-on-one experience where our expert trainers create a customized program aligned with your unique goals, abilities, and schedule. Whether you’re looking to perfect your lifting form, increase your strength, or recover from an injury, personal training provides the individualized attention you need to succeed
