This month we showed up and showed out in our communities. We partnered with JS123 and BuildOn for “Together We Thrive,” a resource fair and community dinner in The Bronx; young people celebrated Earth Day with fun activities. embarked on a college tour, and attended a career fair; we hosted a Mother’s Day event; and we rallied for “Equal Pay for Equal Work” alongside fellow human services workers. We also held our Employee Recognition Evening, celebrating those who go above and beyond for New York City’s children, families, and communities every single day.

This Mental Health Month, we're highlighting Dani, who took the stage at Rising Ground's annual gala and spoke honestly about the role counseling has played in her life. She described how it shifted her perspective and changed the way she sees the world around her.
