Today we give flowers to Rosie Cuevas for Women In Construction Week! 💐

Rosie had no prior experience or knowledge of construction when she joined Positive Workforce more than 12 years ago. She was a hardworking mother, but oftentimes struggled to provide. Through the support and encouragement of Positive, she obtained her first job with a major developer in NYC, Levine Builders, and it changed her families’ life for the better!

Now, Rosie is a seasoned Laborer and Hoist Operator. Her enthusiastic and contagious personality brings joy to any site she is on.

Thank you for being a bright example to all the women in our industry, and to those who consider entering the workforce💪
