The roll-up behind ZenaTech's Drone as a Service business is scaling up. ZenaTech Inc. (Nasdaq: ZENA) has signed offers to acquire multiple land surveying and geospatial services companies across the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Subject to closing, the Company expects the acquisitions to collectively contribute approximately C$40 million in revenue over the first 12 months following closing. That estimate is based on unaudited financial information from the target companies and management estimates and has not been verified by auditors.

• Under the Drone as a Service model, customers get surveying, inspection, and monitoring capabilities on a recurring subscription or usage basis, without owning a drone fleet

• Each proposed acquisition remains subject to customary closing conditions, including due diligence and definitive agreements; there is no assurance any transaction will be completed

A first-of-its-kind San Diego pilot reduced encampment-related fires, with zero reignitions in treated areas. Building on that result, the City of San Diego and CitroTechInc. (NYSE American: CITR) are expanding the program. San Diego Fire-Rescue will more than double its deployment of CitroTech's EPA-recognized long-term fire inhibitor across high-risk communities, former encampment sites, and critical evacuation corridors.

Public funding and pilot data support the scale-up:

• A new $1.5 million state grant from California District 76 supports the expansion, including the purchase of $200,000 worth of CitroTech product
• The 2025 pilot, funded by a $367,000 San Diego River Conservancy grant, treated 467 acres throughout the San Diego River watershed, including more than 36 former encampment sites
• CitroTech is the only long-term fire inhibitor recognized under the EPA Safer Choice program and the first to meet its Clean Water Act standards. It is formulated to reduce fire risk without introducing harmful chemicals or heavy metals into ecosystems
• Treated sites have been, and will continue to be, mapped and made publicly viewable through the City's ArcGIS platform
