Loved to be part of the 10th Annual Symposium on Positive Aging at ! An inspiring afternoon filled with speakers, performances, great conversations, and community. We were thrilled to bring a FallStop movement session to the event and highlight the importance of staying active, connected, and strong at every age. Seeing everyone moving together was such a powerful reminder of how much movement and community go hand in hand — truly a huge hit and an incredible event to be part of.
