Svadhyaya - Sanskrit for self study. Written on the walls of the ancient pyramids reads a quote "Observe thyself and thyself will be healed." Time is often needed to be cherished but we all get caught up. Our breath and heartbeat, observe both on a daily basis. Make it a daily practice. 🔥🔥 But after I observe, I write words that disturb the absurd.... new music and good stuff dropping soon.♥️🌍
