Core Smiles

Some people become icons because of the attention they command. Others become legends because of the way they make people feel.
It’s always a pleasure running into Susanne Bartsch — someone who has shaped New York City’s nightlife, fashion, and creative culture for decades, yet continues to carry herself with genuine warmth, humility, and presence.
Every time we see Susanne, she takes the time to stop, converse, connect, and share a moment — never consumed by the spectacle surrounding her, but deeply grounded in the value of human relationships. In a city driven by status and noise, that authenticity is rare.
Grateful for the conversation, the laughter, and the reminder that true influence is never just about visibility — it’s about humanity. Love you,

This patient had a beautiful smile. But one tooth told a different story.
Dark. Discolored. And traditional whitening alone was never going to reach it.
Some staining can’t be corrected from the outside — it starts from within. For this patient, years of internal discoloration had left the tooth looking dark and lifeless despite a healthy smile. Using the Fotona LightWalker dental laser, we performed internal bleaching — a precise, minimally invasive approach that activates and dramatically enhances the whitening process from inside the tooth itself, achieving results far beyond what internal bleaching alone can deliver.
The result? A naturally bright, seamlessly matched tooth — no crowns, no veneers, no unnecessary removal of healthy structure.
This is what it looks like when innovation meets precision. 🦷✨
Thrilled to share my recent feature on Inside Edition discussing the critical role of myofascial release in treating TMJ and facial pain disorders.
Millions live with chronic jaw tension, headaches, and facial discomfort without realizing the muscular component behind their pain. Myofascial release bridges that gap — combining evidence-based science with hands-on precision to restore normal movement and reduce inflammation.
As more conversations about chronic pain enter mainstream media, it’s time to spotlight the intersection between dentistry, neuromuscular medicine, and physiotherapy.
I’d love to see American media expand on this — how can we better educate the public about the muscular foundations of TMJ dysfunction?
Comment below if you or if someone you know has benefited from myofascial work, or if there’s a clinical angle you’d like covered in future features. Let’s bring muscle-based facial pain out of the shadows and into the national dialogue.
