Join us for our July Sunday Service on July 19th, 2026 at 4:00 pm ET with our Special Spiritual Guest, Rajan Naidu.

Rajan Naidu, based in Birmingham, England, is an environmental, peace, and human rights activist. A committed vegan and practitioner of peaceful civil resistance to injustice and corruption, he has long campaigned for climate justice, animal rights and protection, and kinder, more compassionate, equitable and inclusive communities.

Drawing inspiration from the traditions of his background and from the treasury of Quaker values, principles and aspirations, Rajan approaches activism as a spiritual practice rooted in love, compassion, reverence for life, and a peaceful approach. Through public speaking, writing, and peaceful direct action, he encourages others to respond to the interconnected crises facing our world with courage, integrity, and hope. Underpinning it all, he feels, is that unifying, healing notion of “the Beloved Community*” which people of good will and intention everywhere are building together. Many will be familiar with the concept of the Beloved Community from accounts of Martin Luther King and Thich Nhat Hanh. Rajan values the pithily egalitarian notion of “We are all crew!”, that anyone familiar with Extinction Rebellion or “regenerative cultures” will recognize instantly as signifying that everyone, irrespective of the degree or nature of their contribution to the common good or purpose, is worthy of consideration, love and respect. There are, he maintains, no heroes or grades of humanity, only human beings, with our myriad random assortments of wonderful gifts and abilities, insecurities and fallibilities.

Pet Loss Support Circle - June 11, 2026
Join us - everyone is welcome!

Please pass this along to anyone who could benefit from this support.

You're not alone in your grief...This is a space for anyone who has lost an animal companion – whether it was yesterday or many years ago – and still feels the grips of grief. This is a safe space for sharing that grief with people who understand and can relate to the feelings. In our society, the grief that comes from an animal companion loss can be diminished and dismissed. Please know, though, that the grief is real, raw, and beautiful and that it is so big because of the big and small ways they were integrated into our daily lives and our habits.

Anyone is welcome to join, to gently explore all the feelings – grief, sadness, anger, guilt, shame, fear, numbness, relief, loneliness, acceptance, and so much more. In this group we will support one another by our presence and with our words.
