Fatherhood is woven into the very foundation of our company. Montesano Bros. was founded by the father of our current owners, Frank Montesano Sr., whose vision, values, and work ethic helped build the company and continue to guide us today.

All four Montesano brothers are fathers themselves, and today we're proud to see the next generation working alongside them. From the office to the field, many of their children have followed in their footsteps, helping carry forward the family values of hard work, integrity, and dedication that have defined Montesano Bros. for more than 50 years.

Today, we celebrate all the fathers, grandfathers, mentors, and role models who lead by example both at home and on the jobsite. Thank you for the lessons, sacrifices, and love that help build strong families and strong communities.
