It was not my dream to become a personal trainer. In the beginning my only goal was to learn techniques to train myself. Over time I saw that it was possible to guide and help those who wanted to take care of their health and lose weight. I can say that I became like the Waze for my clients “friends” and not an Uber as many imagine us to be. I can guide you, but it's impossible for me to carry you. Over time I also understood the need I have to always be doing something for others there's nothing more beautiful than: listen when somebody wants to vent, support when necessary and give affection. Today I feel that it was God who allowed me to start this journey and it will be him who will guide me.
Não era meu sonho me tornar personal trainer. No início meu único objetivo era aprender técnicas para treinar sozinha. Com o tempo eu fui vendo que era possível guiar e apoiar quem quisesse cuidar da saúde e emagrecer. Posso dizer que me tornei o Waze para as minhas clientes “amigas” e não um Uber como muitos imaginam que somos. Eu posso te guiar, mais é impossível para mim te carregar.
