✨ Tried something new last night — this focaccia came out golden, fluffy inside with that perfect crispy edge, and topped with tomatoes, peppers, rosemary, and even pepperoni hearts. ❤️🍅🌿

And because big focaccia is amazing but mini focaccia is downright irresistible… Sam’s Nibble Nook will have MINI versions! Snack-sized, shareable (in theory), and perfect to go with your cookie or muffin order.

Warning: once you try one, you’ll want the whole tray. 😉

✨ Exciting news! ✨

On Sunday, September 7th, I’ll be officially launching Sam’s Nibble Nook Bakery Cart! For now, the cart will be open Sundays and Mondays, and I may add more hours as we grow.

This little cart is truly a labor of love — a creative outlet I get to share with others. Over the past year, so many of you have encouraged me, tried my cooking and baking, and reminded me how much joy comes from sharing food. Running the Tampa Bay Cookbook Club pushed me to try new recipes, sharpen my skills, and made me realize that this just feels right.

I’ve been asking for excuses to cook and bake more… and well, this seemed like the perfect one 😂. I feel so blessed by the support I’ve already received, and I can’t wait to keep experimenting with fun recipes you won’t find at other micro bakeries — and hopefully bring a smile to your face with every bite.
