YOU MAY HAVE A SICK HOUSE! If your waking up congested with headaches often and your allergies are getting worse this could be a sign of a sick house!

Our process of Sanitizing/decontaminating your central air conditioning air ducts does not involve vacuums and brushes! That only loosens the ducts and rips and tears them causing more mold issues.

This is Florida not up north. Up north homes have oil fired burners with blowers for forced hot air and boilers sharing the same air ducts as your central AC system causing soot and lots of dust and debri build up in your ducts. So when you see those photos of extremely dirty air ducts in most cases those are photos of ducts in homes up north. Up north most homes have hard ducting. In Florida most homes have soft plastic flex duct that can be damaged from brushes and vacuums causing more mold issues down the road if damaged by a brush or whip or vacuum, suction or vac head.

In this Florida climate our HVAC system is susptibal to fungi (Mold) micro scopic living organisms (microbial,s) it only takes 60% relative humidity, a damp or wet atmosphere or surroundings for fungi (Mold) and other organisms to grow!! That's almost every day in Florida.

Your air conditioning Duct work is the perfect place for mold to grow! Why?

Deep inside your air ducts it's dark. Fungi (Mold) thrives in darkness. Everytime your AC system starts up cold air comes out of your supply vents, this air should be on a well operating HVAC system 40-50 degrees Fahrenheit coming out of your supply ducts! Your attic is hot, allot warmer than the outside temperature. And if you have a mobile home under your mobile home is hot as well.

When your thermostat reaches its desired temperature of let's just say 74 degrees Fahrenheit on a 88 degree day your AC system shuts off. When this happens your air ducts are very cold 40-50 degrees. As the ducts begin to warm to the attic or underbelly temperature of 90 to 120 or more degrees they begin to condensate and sweat.

Condensation is water, mold grows and thrives in water and feeds off the water thus creating a perfect home for fungi (Mold) and other microbial,s and micro organisms to feed and grow in darkness!
