Our process of Sanitizing/decontaminating your central air conditioning air ducts does not involve vacuums and brushes! That only loosens the ducts and rips and tears them causing more mold issues.

Everytime your AC system starts up cold air comes out of your supply vents, this air should be on a well operating HVAC system 40-50 degrees Fahrenheit coming out of your supply ducts! Your attic is hot, allot warmer than the outside temperature. And if you have a mobile home under your mobile home is hot as well.

When your thermostat reaches its desired temperature of let's just say 74 degrees Fahrenheit on a 88 degree day your AC system shuts off. When this happens your air ducts are very cold 40-50 degrees. As the ducts begin to warm to the attic or underbelly temperature of 90 to 120 or more degrees they begin to condensate and sweat.
