Phase #1 on this project is complete💪🏼 This back patio was well overdue for a makeover! A lot of contractors would have left the old adhesive from the previous carpet knowing the tile would last for at about 4-5 years…. This is how it should’ve been on the first time! 💪🏼No more jagged edges on the metal stare noses, and no more ridiculously ugly gaps, and no more bouncing floors from it being unleveled. We would have preferred to rip out the whole project to get even better quality. But to stay within the customers budget and timeframe , we ripped out and installed the worst of it, and only what was absolutely necessary. Their nightmare is over and they now have, quality they can’t refuse 🤌🏼Don’t make the same mistake as this customer by going with the cheapest quote, also always ask for photos of previous work. ‼️ NOT OUR WORK‼️ Please be cautious when going with the cheaper quote🤦🏻‍♂️ One of the previous estimates we gave decided to go with the cheaper guy. No hard feelings, we understand that everybody has their budget. But please verify previous work from people you hire. Especially with such a difficult project. Now this customer has to pay our original price, plus the cost of materials again, plus already paid the cost of the butcher they hired to do this terrible work that is now unresponsive. Trying to save a couple thousand is going to end up costing this customer thousands extra. We will never be the cheapest, but will always be the best price for the best quality in the business.
