This recipe was created from lots of research and taste testing, which is the best way to make the PERFECT holiday cocktail! You must try our new improved HOT BUTTERED RUM recipe below. Tag us in your creations!

INGREDIENTS
Gosling’s Dark Rum & Buttered Rum Batter (makes ~50 servings):
1 lb butter, unsalted
1 lb brown sugar
1 lb confection sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
½ gallon egg nogg ice cream

DIRECTIONS:
Buttered Rum Batter
1. Melt butter over medium heat.
2. Add sugars and stir until blended.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Fold in ice cream and spices.
5. Spoon all contents into a container and let cool.
6. Freeze until mostly hardened (about 2 hours).

Make the Cocktail:
1. Measure 1.5 oz Gosling’s Dark Rum into mug.
2. Add about 2 tablespoons of buttered rum batter mix to mug.
3. Fill with hot water.
4. Top with whipped cream, sprinkle with nutmeg, and add 1 cinnamon stick.

The ORANGE CRUSH was a huge hit this past weekend. Try our recipe below for a refreshing summer cocktail!

Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Orange Vodka
¾ oz Triple Sec
2 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Lemon-Lime Soda

Directions:
1. Fill cocktail shaker with 1 cup of ice.
2. Add orange vodka, triple sec and orange juice.
3. Shake for 15 seconds.
4. Strain into an ice filled highball glass.
5. Top with 2 oz Lemon-lime soda.
6. Garnish with a lemon wheel, a blackberry, or anything you desire!
