Good Afternoon Alibi's Travels Fam!

We're considering no longer getting customer input when doing group cruises. We listen to our customers when doing them to get input on the best time, the ships and destinations they may want and any features/experiences related to the ports and ships.

When planning a group cruise we put in our time and efforts to get the best rates and experience that will meet the expectations of all who wish to join us. We value customer engagement, and see many of you as family. We thoroughly do want our customers input, especially when it's involving a vacation. But, we also ask that our customers, new, repeat and potential understand that group travel planning takes time, sometimes hours/days, and we don't always see a return on that time. We work for FREE in all planning stages and even after booking we regularly check for price decreases to ensure you ALWAYS have the best rate even if it means we get paid less in the end. Any commissions earned are given back to the customers (gifts such as shirts, custom tumblers, on board credit, etc).

It is tiring to put in time/effort, and even our own money to plan vacations or group cruises only to be met with silence, no input or the stark reality that our time has been wasted (which happens more often than you would believe in the travel industry). This is a business built on passion and love for travel/cruising, however, moving forward and only as it pertains to our group cruises we will no longer request input for the cruise itself. We will put dates, ports and ship details out and if you wish to join us you can reach out for pricing and to book. Please note that pricing always changes. Popularity drives the pricing and WE have no control over pricing. Thank for your understanding and look forward to seeing you on our cruises or helping you plan yours.
