I caught this video of my husband on FaceTime with a customer at 8:30 at night while we were on our way out of town for the weekend.
Her AC wasn't working, we were backed up with calls, and we couldn't physically get there for another hour. She was miserable in the heat, so instead of saying, "We'll see you when we can," he walked her through her system over FaceTime and got it back up and running.
We have an incredible team that works alongside us every day, but this is what being a family-owned business means to us. The job doesn't stop at 5:00. When people need help, we do everything we can to be there—even if it's from the passenger seat on the way to vacation.
